Snipping Tool is an application included in WINDOWS 7, WINDOWS VISTA, and experience Pack for Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005. The program is a screen-capture tool that allows taking screen shots  (called snips) of an open window, rectangular areas, a free form area or the entire screen if desired. Snips can then be saved as an image file (JPEG file) and uploaded to a vendors ad space on SalesInAmerica.com.

The application is very easy to use. If you can get an image to your computer screen you and SNIP IT, SAVE IT, and UPLOAD IT in a matter of two to three minutes. (Even less time after some practice.)
